Please use booking link and select the one for insurance. We use Headway to help bill insurance. You must create an account with Headway and provide payment information upon booking. It does not charge your card until after your visit. This will let you know immediately if we take your insurance and what your cost will be. It is simple and quick to complete, even from a cell phone.
What are the self-pay costs?

ADHD Assessments $275

Veteran Disability Assessments/Nexus Letters $250 (CASH PAY ONLY, NO INSURANCES ACCEPTED)

General Psychiatric assessments $275

Follow Up Psychiatric assessments $150 (required after new medication prescribed, dose change, medication change, and every 3 months if medication is prescribed.)

Metabolic Psychiatry & Medical Weight Program $99 per month (medication is a separate cost depending on what is prescribed) and monthly follow ups mandatory.

Disability paperwork (504 letters, service animal letters, etc) require at least 3 months of care with provider and vary in pricing from $50 up depending on complexity.
What ages/disorders do you treat?
We provide psychiatric services for ages 6 and up.
We treat ADHD, PTSD, depression, anxiety, insomnia, and several other disorders.
We DO NOT provide Autism or extensive psychological assessments.
How are telemed appointments done?
We provide you with a simple link you can click and join on your phone. Video is required, however technology an be difficult sometime and we can provide telephone visits on a case-by-case scenario as insurance may not cover telephone visits and usually require video.
Do you prescribe controlled substances?
We prescribe controlled substances, including stimulant medication, when clinically appropriate. These medications will require a signed agreement by patient, regular follow ups, and patient will be subject to drug testing.
Do you offer stand alone therapy?
We provide supportive therapy with medication management but do not offer therapy alone. Referrals and recommendations are available upon request.

We have limited staff and get to messages, faxes, voicemails, emails, and phone calls as quickly as we can.

We will reschedule your appointment if payment is not PAID IN FULL by appointment time.
We will not schedule a new appointment if there are UNPAID INVOICES.

Stimulant medication refills MUST BE REQUESTED 5-7 days before you are expected to run out.
